The only thing you should be able to play at the Palais is spin the bottle. Or some sort of lame bowling game. Or Dolly Parton pinball.
Pool is against the nature of it all.
Jan, I think you'd really like the way the Palais was redone--it is very respectable. The owner is nice and he tried to maintain the "dignity" of the place. ;-)
